Broken. Sore. Disheartened…….. But Not Out!

Hello Transformers,
From my last blog, January has probably been the fastest but yet the hardest January for me in a long time.
Business is great so it is not that, Busy and great. But this is why it was hard…….
I dislocated my right shoulder over the Christmas period and granted it wasn’t nice, it happened. After my training in preparation for a spring bodybuilding competition this year, it came to a halt. Had to wear a really awkward arm sling to keep pressure of my front Deltoid, as it was a frontal dislocation, for 3 weeks, and then on return, I was told to wear it another 6 Weeks. I couldn’t do it. I barely even did it for a week. But I did wear an easy sling so I don’t want to read “you should of wore it, you eejit!”
It’s been 5 weeks since the injury and I’ve an appointment with a physio this Friday. Hopefully I get some better news. It is still very sore at times and the odd movement really hurts the ligaments at the origin and tendons of my front and lateral delt. Bicep and forearm also very tight at times.
I will tell you why this has been a rough month. I love my job. I really do. But I train people day in, day out and I cannot do a thing. I got back into cardio but hurt the inside of my thigh. Then to get a kick in the face. I started training legs on the day my body decides to get a head cold. Which made me feel very faint on the leg press machine. To which I’m sickened about. I love training. I love improving, pushing myself and constantly chasing to be better and bigger than yesterday but when that is taken away and with nothing you can do about it, it’s hard. It’s bad, i know, but i also know it could of been a hell of a lot worse and for that i’m also very thankful for.
So in conclusion, this has not been the best January for me, personally. Not a great start to 2014 but I know one thing. And it has been said to me so I’m glad people can see it.
I am a strong willed individual. I will heal. I will get stronger. I will train again. I will get back to my best and better. I will get to the show. I will have a better shape. I am determined. I am persistant. I am relentless. And I always drive my best forward.
I will not be broken, torn, slandered, abused or belittled. I work very hard to do what I do. I worked very hard to have what I have. I will not stop. I refuse to stop. I REFUSE.
So, in closing. I know who I am. The people most close to me know who I am. The people that love me know who I am. If you are not a part of that, then judge away as you are not a part of it for a reason.
MARCH IS COMING. THE BEAR WILL BE BACK!

New Year, New Score, New Angle

Good Day Transformers,
It’s been 121 days since my post. And in that time a lot has happened. To be honest, way to much but this is life and these are the breaks in which we live.
I’ll start from that september post and work our way up the ladder to today…….
Ok, it was about the Transform Fitness Boot Camps in Bailieborough and Navan, Being ridiculously busy (which is always great), The results of one client, and my challenge continues…….
With Transform Fitness itself, There are some new extensions to our ever growing knowledge, our programs and diets. I’ve been working all over the Christmas holidays to learn, teach and bring the best to you. To bring you the highest quality personal training service in the country (hands down), the highest quality in program development and design, the highest level of knowledge for you and your goals. There really is no one in this country that can do what we do. FACT!!!
For Example, Here are the new layout systems:
¦ The Transform Fitness 12 Day Transformation Program (TF-12):
Now been extended. There were 3 phases but I found that in the 2 years of this program very few people braved the 3rd phase. So now there are now 5 phases. Phase I & II are the same but with a few little changes but Phases III, IV and V are all brand new. I’m actually ridiculously excited about this as people can now do a straight Transformation in very short time with Amazing results.
The Transform Fitness 12 Day Transformation Program will be in 5 Phases. Progressively getting tougher as the weeks progress but I can guarantee Everyone can do this. EVERYONE.
¦ The Transform Buddies (TFB):
Many people come to me day in, day out or with texts, calls and e-mails asking about personal training or our programs, And get turned off by price and usually end up starting something with wrong, or bad advice and go at the gym like a bull but fade away as nothing happens. Knowledge has always been power and is stronger than any non-sense. There is no non-sense with us. I can guarentee this. So for the masses, We have come up with Transform Fitness Buddies.
You and up to 4 of your friends can avail of The Transform Fitness Expert Programs, Training and Nutritional Plans for a reduced rate depending on the number of buddies. From as low as €20 per session and less if you buy in bulk for your sessions.
¦ The Transform Fitness Boot Camps (TFBC’s):
With the success of The Transform Fitness Boot Camps in Bailieborough, County Cavan And Navan, County Meath. It has lead to a location expansion with demands coming as far as Cork, Wexford, Galway And Donegal. To which, I don’t think anyone at Transform Fitness expected. So, there will be new locations, more instructors and even better Boot Camp Programs. There is no Boot Camp like this is the country as we have had members of the TFBC’s from other Camps and they just loved the atmosphere, attitude and the program designs. Hey, Give the people what they want. Right!?
¦ The Transform Fitness 12 Weeks Hard Program (TFH):
This is for the righteous. This is for the persistant. This is for the dedicated. This is for the brave. This is for you. This program was designed in 2009 and it has never been modified. Not once. This is a program that will change you from the inside out. You will find out things about yourself that you’ve never seen before or thought you could do. Just look at Transform Fitness Gallery for the results. They can tell it better than I can. This will change your life. If followed correctly.

¦ Tranform Fitness Elite (TFE):
This is a completely new aspect of Transform Fitness. And an aspect that I’ve been interested in for quite sometime. Transform Fitness is now taking clients that would like to compete in Fitness, Bikini or Bodybuilding competitions in the Republic or abroad. We are calling this Transform Fitness Elite. This is a completely different side of training and it is only for people looking to compete. Depend on your current condition would depend on competition timing. If you are a fitness fanatic that wants to compete or have competed already and would like help. This is where you start.
This is one long blog……. I’ll finish on this.
My Challange I completed. I Didn’t get where I wanted but that was a mis-calculation and due to other circumstances, I was still delighted with my results. I dropped over 9% Body Fat and Lost 6kg on the day of the photo shoot. So, From 115kg to 109kg and from 23.8% to 14.4% I was very happy. I could see most of my abs except below the belly button. I grew more vascular and became more striated than i ever have been before. and with the help of certain people, it really kept me going and kept my head on and for that I thank you all. You know who you are. Pictures will be up later including my own before and after. Not pretty but none the less, I proved a point.
ANYONE CAN TRANSFORM WITH THE RIGHT DIRECTION NO MATTER WHAT THE ODDS ARE!
