The 12 Weeks Hard is designed to burn fat, sculpt and build your dream physique. This is set plan with a 3-phase nutrition structure, to keep your body evolving through the entire 12 weeks. Another great bonus when you do this online, is that you can have it set-up for gym, or home use. Each day is completely different, you never repeat the same training day twice and you get up to 60 full gym or home workouts.
