This is Mark Beattie. Mark came to Transform Fitness® in January 2014. Mark wanted to basically look like those guys in the magazines. He wanted to have complete confidence in taking off his shirt without tucking anything into his shorts on holidays.

This is Jason. Jason came to Transform Fitness® to talk about some sort of nutrition plan to get the body he wanted. Well, that was the start of Jason's relationship with us. This is Claire Mumford. Claire came to me early June, 2013 to chat about competing in a bikini competition early November, 2013. We got started straight away on this project as we had very little time for build muscle and to really strip some body fat. Claire surpassed my expectations after a couple of months and we were ready to take home some gold.

But tragically, Claire was in a car accident the day before the competition. When I got the call, I was shocked. But also thought that if Claire rang me just after it, it wasn't bad and she would compete the next day. That was until the photo came in of the car. I could not believe it, nor did the guards on the seen that morning. She walked out of that car with no injuries....... ZERO!

I now dub Claire, 'Made of Steel' as there really isn't many people that would walk out of that and have a smile to take pictures hours after as a goal for the next show.

Here at Transform Fitness®, as we train our client's to achieve their goals, we also give them strength that wasn't there before. Claire will always be the winner in our eyes after that day.

djianaThis is Dijana Bodlovic. Dijana came to Transform Fitness® early October 2013, looking to lose weight and tone up. Dijana, I found, was an incredibly focused and driving woman with 3 kids. Dijana came in, got the session done and went on with her daily business. We were not expect what Dijana lost.

In 8 weeks, Dijana lost 16 kg and gained 4 pounds of muscle. I was even shocked.

My Challange*

daveThese are my before and after photos of a 16 Week Challange I took onto myself in preperation for a national competition in 2014.

I used a design I never used before. I completely changed my program layout and diet design to drop over 9% body fat, losing 6kg and gaining mountains of muscle mass, shape and vascularity along with defining all my muscle groups.
